One of the best things about kids is that they see things in their own unique way, which is often totally different from an adult’s view of the world. We have different ideas about what is important. Kids want to know what super power you’d choose if you could have one, and which are your first, second, and third favorite animals.
Speaking of that, when do those things stop being important?
Probably around the time you start having to pay taxes. That’s unfortunate.
The point is, you never really know what’s going on in their little brains until you ask them. Here’s a chance to do just that, while creating a fun DIY gift for Mother’s Day. Have your child complete this worksheet without helping them answer the questions. Then mount it on a sheet of construction paper or frame it up and give the gift of their child’s perspective to the mom(s) in your life.
